Refund Policy

Eligibility
We offer a full refund of any course purchase if all of the following apply:
- The request is made within 7 days of purchase.
- You have not completed more than 20% of course content.
- No certificate of completion has been issued for the course.
Non-refundable items
- Courses with an issued or downloaded certificate of completion.
- Courses where the user has progressed beyond 20% of content.
- Bundled course packages once any course in the bundle has been started.
How to request a refund
Email refunds@fullcirclecourses.org with:
- The email address used at purchase
- The course name or order ID
- A brief reason for the request
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Court-ordered course note
Refunds do not extend or alter any court-imposed deadline. Students are responsible for ensuring any required course is completed and the certificate submitted to the appropriate court or agency by the date ordered. Full Circle Courses is not liable for missed court deadlines resulting from a refund.
Disputes
If a refund request is denied and you believe it qualifies under this policy, reply to the denial email within 14 days for review by a senior team member. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
